- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: €12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your product. Below is the detailed process:

Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your account. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Products
Please note that some products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons or because they are custom-made. This applies to the following products:
- Koffiecups: Used Koffiecups cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Koffiepads: Used Koffiepads cannot be returned.
